As Director of Finance and Operations at Arthur Health, Melanie Wolicki ensures the organization runs with precision, transparency, and resilience. Since joining Arthur Health in 2018 as its first employee, she has overseen the daily operations that keep our mission moving - spanning finance, human resources, compliance, and strategic management. Her leadership enables Arthur Health to scale responsibly while maintaining the trust of patients, partners, and regulators.

Melanie brings a unique combination of financial acumen and operational insight to a fast‑moving health‑tech environment. She holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, as well as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) designation, and is a recent graduate of the Global Professional Master of Law (GPLLM) Program at the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto - credentials that underpin her ability to design robust financial frameworks and governance models for complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
